We are a law firm with practice areas limited to tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, and Employment Development Department. Our representation includes audits, appeals, criminal investigations, and collection matters. Following graduation from USC (Accounting) and Cornell Law School in 1979, I worked as a trial attorney for the Internal Revenue Service and gained valuable experience in resolving tax disputes. In 1983, I left the government for private practice. I have since represented hundreds of clients over the years in resolving their tax problems. For over 30 years, I have given tax seminars to accountants as well as lectured on federal and state tax procedure at California State University, Los Angeles in their continuing professional education program.
